CORNED BEEF, CABBAGE, AND VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS (AMOUNTS AS NEEDED):

CORNED BEEF

CABBAGE

RED POTATOES

CARROTS

ONIONS

2 QUARTS WATER

HOW TO:

COOK CORN BEEF MEDIUM CLICK LOW FOR 3 – 4 HOURS DEPENDING ON AMOUNT UNTIL FAT COMES LOOSE FROM MEAT IN WATER

REMOVE FROM BROTH

ADD CUT CABBAGE, POTATOES, CARROTS, AND ONIONS (Desired Sizes)

REMOVE FAT FROM CORNED BEEF

ADD CORNED BEEF BACK INTO MIXTURE

BRING BACK UP TO CLICK TURN TO LOW UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE DESIRED CONSISTENCY

FRUITY APPLE CRISP


INGREDIENTS:

1 CAN WHOLE FRUIT SAUCE

1 LARGE UNPEELED GRANNY SMITH PROCESSED ON #3

¼ CUP CANE SUGAR OR AGAVE

½ TSP ORANGE ZEST & JUICE

¾ CUP ROLLED OATS

¼ CUP LIGHT BROWN CANE SUGAR

2 TBSP FLOUR

¼ CUP CHOPPED NUTS

½ TSP CINNAMON

1/8 TSP SALT

¼ CUP BUTTER

 HOW TO:

MIX FRUIT, APPLE, SUGAR, ZEST & JUICE. SPREAD IN BOTTOM OF OCU.

MIX TOGETHER, OATS, SUGAR FLOUR NUTS & SALT UNTIL THOROUGHLY COMBINED.

ADD MELTED BUTTER & BLEND WELL

CRUMBLE MIXTURE EVENLY OVER FRUIT APPLE MIXTURE

MEDIUM (300 DEGREES) CLICK LOW (175 DEGREES)
